Please ensure your horse is standing square on a level surface. This will help capture an accurate picture of the shape and dimensions for a precise saddle fitting.

1. Side View: Showing the entire length of your horse’s back from the shoulder to the croup.

2. Top-Down View: A clear image showing the width of your horse's withers and back, along with the shape of the spine.

3. Shoulder View: A shot showing the shoulder area, making sure to highlight any prominent features.

4. Profile of the Ribcage: To assess the shape and contour of the horse’s ribcage.

5. Close-up of the Withers: To evaluate the width and shape of the withers more accurately

6. Photo Of You In The Saddle: Please take a photo of yourself in the saddle for accurate assessment of saddle seat size.

Find a tape measure and some chalk if you can and see the below graphic to guide you.

7. Saddle Support Area: Follow the instructions below to measure the saddle support area and take a photo if possible (if you do not have a second pair of hands the measurements in writing will be perfect!)
