ALIVIA SADDLE
A saddle design that was sold as a limited edition 2014-2016. Close contact, monoflap, shorter gussets and open seat. This saddle is fully adjustable and will suit many horses but was typically marketed towards the friesians, walers, andalusian and other breeds who have short backs and large shoulders.

THE PH AMAZONE
A saddle design that was re-invented 2013 - 2017. Female friendly, open seat, close contact. Adjustable knee rolls, grippy leather. The gullet is fully adjustable, panels can be reflocked and has a wide channel for spinal clearance.

THE PH GRANDE
Earlier dressage model built from 1990 - 2004. An affordable option to enter the market of PHS saddles. Adjustable in the gullet and also can be reflocked. A great buy, even if minor or major repairs need to be done, this saddle will hold it’s value. Can come in many variations of European hides, channel widths, seat softness and flap length.

Dressage model built from 2006-2010. Suitable for the shorter or medium legged rider. Subtle knee roll and open seat. This saddle is fully adjustable and will suit many horses with adjustments.

How Do I Understand The Serial Numbers?
Serial numbers can be found underneath the saddle flap on the near side. Generally speaking the first two digits of the serial number indicate the year it was built.
- E.g. 2022494 was built in 2022 and it was the 494 saddle of that year.
Some further examples
- ERI20030022 (apply to PH Liberty's only and indicate the years 2016-2018)
- 99338 (is an example of a saddle built in the 90's)
- 21034 (The first two numbers are an abbreviation of the year it was built. e.g. 21 = 2001)
Can A Pre-Loved PH Be Adjusted To Suit My Horse?
Yes. Generally speaking depending on the age of the saddle any pre loved saddle can be adjusted to suit your horse.
Although we do not provide accurate assessments based on sight unseen we can provide advise on whether a PH saddle you are purchasing from another vendor is suitable with adjustments when you purchase our online saddle fitting assessment.
