Why should I choose a StrideFree saddle?

Why should I choose a StrideFree saddle?

StrideFree® is the saddle tree at the heart of every Peter Horobin saddle. Unlike half-trees and full trees, it is built without rigid tree points, the parts that sit over the horse's shoulder and trapezius. Removing them frees the shoulder to move, which allows a longer stride and supports equine back health. Every saddle also has wool-flocked panels that can be re-flocked on site, an adjustable gullet that changes as the horse changes shape, and a lifetime warranty on the tree.

  1. The StrideFree® tree, has been designed to allow complete freedom of the horses’ shoulder movement. This will allow lengthened stride and can also give the horse a more comfortable and productive workout.
  2. All Peter Horobin Saddles have extra soft seats and are comfortable for the rider.
  3. Wool flocked and easy to adjust. Natural, breathable and sustainable product that moulds to the horses’ shape and movements.
