10 minutes to complete photographs

A total of 15 minutes of your time to create the opportunity for us to assess your saddle. 

We can assess ALL brands of saddles. No saddle is too difficult to assess. 

This includes 

  1. Incorrect saddle fitting
  2. Understanding whether your saddle can be adjusted or re-flocked. 
  3. Understanding whether the gullet in your saddle can be adjusted
  4. Quote for adjustments 
  5. Rejuvenation and repair of points, quotes for seat replacements OR any major repairs. 
  6. Ensuring your saddle is fitting correctly for equine back health, comfort for rider and the horse. 

After you fill in the online remote saddle fitting form and paid the service fee of $49.95 by adding in the cart below, a member of the Horobin family will be in touch to start the remote saddle fitting process. Any adjustments or repairs will attract additional fees and will be discussed with you over the phone when we receive all your photos.

This service is open to customers worldwide. We will then direct you to the representative in your area for further support.

What we require to complete the online saddle fitting is as follows. 

  1. Side view photo of your horse standing square on level ground
  2. Side view photo of your horse standing square on level ground with saddle on the horse girthed up with no saddle blanket
  3. Side view photo of the rider on the horse (most important)
  4. Rear view photo of the rider on the horse
  5. Any other photos you feel highlight the issue or concern

As soon as your order is processed we send via Australian registered post The tracking number will be automatically sent to your nominated email address once shipped. Please allow 3-5 business days for your goods to arrive in Australia. Orders outside of Australia may take longer shipping times. Items can be sent via express post at an additional charge and it will be added automatically at checkout.

Once full payment is made, we will send it in a secure sturdy box via Australia Post which includes tracking and insurance. It will take an estimated 3-7 business days to arrive and we require a signature on delivery if it is at your property or a post office box. You will receive a tracking number via your nominated email address to receive updates.

All of our packaging has been made from recycled materials and our bubble wrap is second use. We encourage you to keep your saddle box if you wish to have repairs in the future and send it back to use and please re-use the bubble wrap to continue to recycle.

Remote Saddle Fitting - PH ROYAL 2

I recently used the remote saddle fitting kit to have a PH Royal II made for my difficult-to-fit mare who competes at national level showing and medium dressage. Not only does the saddle fit like a glove, there was an immediate improvement in her relaxation over the back, hindleg engagement and shoulder freedom.
