Once full payment is made, we will send it in a secure sturdy box via Australia Post which includes tracking and insurance. It will take an estimated 3-7 business days to arrive and we require a signature on delivery if it is at your property or a post office box. You will receive a tracking number via your nominated email address to receive updates.

All of our packaging has been made from recycled materials and our bubble wrap is second use. We encourage you to keep your saddle box if you wish to have repairs in the future and send it back to use and please re-use the bubble wrap to continue to recycle.

We ship to most countries except for America, as we have a sole distributor, Art2Ride Saddlery. As a general rule the cost for International shipping is calculated using the Australia Post fees for the weight, dimensions, and destination of your purchase.
