Once full payment is made, we will send it in a secure sturdy box via Australia Post which includes tracking and insurance. It will take an estimated 3-7 business days to arrive and we require a signature on delivery if it is at your property or a post office box. You will receive a tracking number via your nominated email address to receive updates.

All of our packaging has been made from recycled materials and our bubble wrap is second use. We encourage you to keep your saddle box if you wish to have repairs in the future and send it back to use and please re-use the bubble wrap to continue to recycle.

We ship to most countries except for America, as we have a sole distributor, Art2Ride Saddlery. As a general rule the cost for International shipping is calculated using the Australia Post fees for the weight, dimensions, and destination of your purchase. Beautiful saddles that make all the difference

I got my Peter Horobin StrideFree Geneva saddle and matching girth and stirrup leathers made in 2022 for my very wide Welsh Section D Cob as I couldn't find a saddle to fit her. In the last 3years it's been a game changer for us. It's beautifully made and we are both very comfortable in it. Finally a saddle that gives my mare the space she needs to move freely and puts me in the right comfortable riding position. Dealing with the Peter Horobin Team is always a pleasure. Our fitting specialist (Paul) is fantastic he took the time to find the right setup for us and he is very knowledgeable and helpful. The ordering process was really easy and a lot of fun selecting our colours etc. Mine was our second Peter Horobin StrideFree Geneva saddle as a few months earlier Paul helped us to get the right setup made for my husband and his horse and because it went so well for them I got one for me and my mare too :-) We have much happier horses (and riders) in their Peter Horobin saddles.
